To achieve this goal, LSNP government is committed to implement various strategies and initiatives to generate employment opportunities: 

Investment in Infrastructure: The LSNP government will invest in developing and improving infrastructure, such as roads, highways, bridges, and public transportation systems. Infrastructure development not only creates direct job opportunities but also attracts private investment and industrial development, leading to further employment generation. 

Industrial and Manufacturing Zones: LSNP government is committed to set up industrial and manufacturing zones with favorable policies, tax incentives, and a conducive business environment. These zones can attract both domestic and foreign investments, leading to job creation in the manufacturing sector. 

Support to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs): The LSNP The government would provide financial incentives to MSMEs that will play a significant role in employment generation. 

Promote Agriculture and Allied Sectors: Bihar has a predominantly agrarian economy. The LSNP government would be committed to promote modern agricultural practices, provide access to irrigation facilities, and support agro-processing industries.

Skill Development Programs: LSNP government will implement skill development programs tailored to the needs of industries and sectors with high job demands.    

Entrepreneurship and Start-up Support: LSNP government would encourage entrepreneurship by providing financial assistance, mentorship, and business development support to aspiring entrepreneurs.
